Amazing Gooey Cheese Bread

This looks so easy and SO tasty. It would be great to serve if you are sitting around with friends having a few beers, at a BBQ, or just for an afternoon snack for the family. With only a few ingredients, it’s cost effective too, and amazing!

I will be making this over the weekend, I will let you know how it goes!

Get your favorite bread from the bakery and slice it halfway down the loaf.

Get your favorite cheese, I would recommend Swiss or a good Colby. Line it into the slices in the bread.

Sprinkle with shallots and a little salt and pepper.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for around 15 mins or until it’s golden brown and the cheese is melted

There are so many things you could add to this. You could add some cooked bacon pieces or even spread some garlic butter on the slices before you add the cheese. The possibilities are endless. Enjoy!

1 tablespoon grated parmesan

Pinch of salt and pepper

Form the mixture into balls. Get a baking sheet and cover with parchment paper, cook for twenty minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.

I love to serve these with a sweet chilly or tzatziki dip, bought straight from the store, but you can make that too if you like.
